The foundation of ASG Group was laid by Mehmet Enver ATASEVEN in 1953.
The company founded under the name Değirmen Makineleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Kollektif Şirketi in 1961 has, since that date, been guided by the assiduity and farsightedness of its founder and held a leading, uninterrupted and dynamic investment understanding.
Having renamed itself as Değirmen Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi in 2006, our company gathered its subsidiary industrial companies under the same roof to increase its production capacity and has become an integrated facility, and moved its production activities to its new premises built at Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone on a total area of 34,000 m2 including 14,000 m2 of indoor area.

In 2009, it established a new modern dyeing plant of 1,000 m2 to carry out electrostatic powder coating and acrylic coating of the machines and equipment produced. In 2012, it built a further area of 1,050 m2, and commissioned
laser sheet cutting machines. As at today, it manufactures more than 70 types and models of food machines in a total indoor area of 16,050 m2.

Değirmen Makina, the powerhouse of As Group, is a leading company of our country engaged in the machinery production, planning, projects and diagrams. Değirmen Makina carries out the engineering and manufacture of necessary installations and equipment to provide products and services through companies under its roof.

Group companies are As-com TradingIndustrialProductsGmbh, established in Germany in 1989 for the marketing of machines manufactured and for the machinery and equipment to be exported; As-com International Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi established in 1991 to undertake international business development mission of group companies, to meet basic raw material requirements of the group, and to engage in the supply of various machinery and equipment in various sectors, and; Karagöz International Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi established in 2006 to engage in foreign trade and product marketing.

Today, group companies are operating in more than 10 sectors. Değirmen Makina has been the solution partner of several firms engaged in food production, including notably, flour, semolina, pulses, cereals, sesame and coffee, in Turkey and the world, satisfying their machinery requirements for half a century.
